"Where there is no vision, the people perish" (Proverbs 29:18)

Since I was born, my parents always encouraged me to set goals. I was encouraged to dream big and work hard because, as my mother always said, I can do anything I set my mind to!

As a society, we are conditioned not to dream but rather to be realistic. We are forced into becoming the status quo, taught to embrace being average, learn that taking risks is bad, and channeled towards safety and security. This process teaches us that unrealistic dreams are stupid and makes you an outcast if you have imagination and want more than you are supposed to have in accordance with what people decide you should become.

Inside every man, women, and child is a thing called VISION! Vision is what allows us the capacity to dream. It is the most powerful engine driving your goals and by the time most of us are ready to take charge of our lives, it has been suppressed to the point that all you know how to do is work hard towards obvious next steps instead of using this engine to generate the dreams of something greater than yourself and figuring out how to work towards it!

A dream is just a goal you dont know how to get to. Dream big and don't forget to work towards your dreams
